Our Next Step – The Hokianga Community Development Project
We are now embarking on our most ambitious project yet:
A community-led development that includes
🏠 Sustainable Housing for local families
🏐 Sports and Recreation Facilities with fields, courts, and a community centre
🌿 Seaweed Production Facility Expansion to increase local employment and innovation
🌾 Community Gardens and Sustainable Food Models to supply our homes and businesses
🛠️ Trade Hubs and Training Centres to grow local skillsets, jobs, and economic independence
This project is designed to be a self-sustaining model, owned by the community, for the community. All revenue generated will stay within our local economy to support long-term growth and opportunity.
